In addition to the flexibility of die-less cutting, the CZ/P has a bigger cutting area then a traditional swing beam cutting press.

The working area of the CZ/P, size 1300 x 650mm and ergonomically designed at the right hight, is combined with a cantilevered system that keeps the entire cutting area free when positioning the parts. Just like a traditional swing beam cutting press, it allows the user to place materials larger than the cutting area on all sides without any problem. A practical compartment on the back of the cutting area allows to easily store a roll of material pulled by the conveyor belt that can be cut automatically.

Laser projectors by COMELZ’s technology

The combination of laser projection, highly visible in all light conditions, and the telescopic head that keeps the cutting area free when positioning, offers the best human/machine interaction experience. The integrated laser projectors always guarantee complete and optimum visibility of the piece shapes every type and colour of material.

Conveyor belt

The optional conveyor belt helps the movement of the material allowing an excellent flow of the work cycle. The retractable telescopic head creates optimal conditions for man-machine integration by facilitating the visibility of the material. The integrated laser projector projects distinct shapes on materials of every color and under all lighting conditions.

Multiuse cutting head

The head can hold either an electric or a pneumatic oscillator, as well as 5 different punches all at once, the machine will use the correct tool automatically. Compact and silent the CZ/P is the ideal machine for office work environments, such as development labs or pattern rooms.
